North American Shipping Policy
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Framed or canvas orders typically take two business days, but could take up to five business days, to ship. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
By default, all orders have a flat ground shipping fee of $5.99. We will choose the best shipping method from a major carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your order.
Orders over $100 ship (exclusive of tax or other fees) will ship free!
Customer pickup and expedited delivery are not yet available. Coming soon.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially due to reduced staff at carriers caused by the pandemic.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Photo File ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Photo File is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, contact
and we will replace the damaged product. Photo File will reship the order with the same shipping method as the original shipment.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside North America. If you have a special circumstance, please
our team at [email protected] for shipping options outside of the United States and Canada.
We accept exchanges for your online order if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will happily replace – at our expense - any products with shipping damage, production errors, or similar defects. Replacements will be shipped using the same shipping method as the original shipment.
